The Secretary of State1, considering that the condition in section 45 (2) of the Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act 20182 is met, makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1, 5, 11, 14, 15 (2) and (3) (h), 16, 17 and 45 of, and paragraphs 2 (b) and 27 of Schedule 1 to, the Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2018.

1 These Regulations may be cited as the Sanctions (EU Exit) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2026.
2 These Regulations come into force on 13th May 2026.
3 These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
