    My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State and I have regular discussions with UK and Scottish ministerial colleagues about the application of UK Bills in Scotland. Every provision in the UK Borders Bill that relates to the reserved matter of immigration will extend to Scotland just as they do to the other parts of the United Kingdom.
