The Private Security Industry Act 2001 (Licences and Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2026

The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by
sections 8
(7),
15
(8) and
24
(5) of the
Private Security Industry Act 20011.
In accordance with
section 24
(4) of
that Act2, the Secretary of State has consulted with the Scottish Ministers, the Department of Justice in Northern Ireland and the Security Industry Authority.
