The Secretary of State makes this Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 58(10), 60B(6), 61(8) and 77(3)(b) of the Charities Act 19921 and sections 72, 139(2), 174(1), 176(1) and 347(3)(b) of the Charities Act 20112.
In accordance with section 348(4)(a) of the Charities Act 20113, the Secretary of State has consulted such persons or bodies of persons as the Secretary of State considers appropriate.
1 Citation, commencement, extent and interpretation¶

“the 1992 Act” means the Charities Act 1992;

“the 2011 Act” means the Charities Act 2011.
