    To ask Her Majesty's Government whether, as reported in The Times on 23 February, Ministers have been asked to “advise on a moratorium on legislation and legislative announcements made but not yet implemented that will entail additional costs for businesses”; and, if so, whether any such moratorium includes the coastal access proposals in Part 9 of the Marine and Coastal Access Bill.
