- I beg to move amendment 1, page 1, line 3, leave out from “land” to end of subsection and insert— “(a) occupied by a dwelling-house for a period up to 99 years, and (b) not occupied by a dwelling-house for a period up to 50 years.” I should like to speak to my amendments in the few seconds that remain, because it is very important that they should be properly articulated in this House.
