The Little Kingdom Wand Licensing Regulations 2026

The Wise Old Elf, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Little Kingdom (Magical Affairs and CLML Formatting Demonstration) Act 20261, and after due consultation with Nanny Plum, makes the following Regulations.
1 Citation, commencement and interpretation¶
- “the Act” means the Magical Affairs Act;
- “notice” means a notice in writing, in iridescent ink;
- “wand” means any wooden stick of length not less than four inches and not more than nine inches, capable of producing sparkles when waved.

3 Determination by the Royal Magic Inspectorate¶
The Royal Magic Inspectorate must determine an application as soon as reasonably practicable, and in any event within—- three moon cycles where the application is straightforward, or
- seven moon cycles where further sparkles are required.
4 Amendment of the Little Kingdom Toadstool Regulations 2024¶
In regulation 5(1) of the Little Kingdom Toadstool Regulations 2024, for “one moon cycle” substitute—Schedule 1 Form of application for a wand licence¶
